Set up/bungee height adjusting can take 15 min if we have a full class. 
The actual time in the Bungee is 50-55 min.

Bungee is a lot of work.
 But it's oh so much fun!!

Class Description

 Bungee is a High Intense Interval Training class (HIIT).

 Bungee is more resistance training than weight assisted training. 

 Bungee is very much a cardio workout.  

 
 Bungee is an interactive class with the person across from you. 
You will occasionally and intentionally give high five hands. 
Bungee is also a group effort of coordinating moves, timing, tempo (kind of like line dancing).  


You might want to bring a sweat towel :) 

 ATTIRE 
No shorts of any kind. 

No crop tops. 
No buckles/zippers. 
Please wear capri or full-length leggings. 
Top must cover the lower back.
Barefeet in class- no shoes on the mat. 
Longer hair pulled up or back.

PRETTY PLEASE  NO PERFUME, OILS, SCENTED CREAMS ETC.

WEIGHT & SIZE RULES
ADULT CLASS
MINIMUM WEIGHT ~100 lbs
    MAXIMUM HIP SIZE ~ 46 inch

Weight Limit:  Putting a number of the actual weight is hard to do.  The limiting factor is the harness itself.   It is adjustable to an extent but It isn't stretchy.  Its very much like a rock climbing harness. 

The size is One Size Adult.   If you are over the above hip size, and want to take class, its best to   schedule a time to come in and try on a harness.   

MEDICAL RESTRICTIONS
Pregnancy, hip or lower limb joint replacement, chronic lower back/lower limb pain, leg/current strains/sprains of lower limb, ankle/foot surgeries that involve pins/hardware, need for a walking device/cane/walker, lower limb stitches/sutures/staples/steri - strip or large bandages, lower limb prosthetics, current and chronic respiratory/sinus issues, unmanaged asthma/COPD, cardiac disease,  history of heart attack, history of stroke, pacemaker, defibrillator, uncontrolled hypertension, lymphedema, bleeding disorders, currently taking blood thinners including low dose aspirin,

unmanaged reflux, bladder/bowel incontinency, current open or closed head injury, POTTS, active/chronic vertigo. 

No casts of any kind are permitted, but most splits are acceptable (i.e. knee brace, ankle brace and others used for stability).   
*** If you fall under one of these categories, or are currently under the care of a physician for other significant ailment, it is contraindicated to partake in Bungee.
