Service Description

4 -wk session: 11/30, 12/7, 12/14, 12/21 Thursdays 5:30pm-6:30pm Levels BEGINNER & those will a little experience Grade 5th-8 ish We will teach: Aerial Silks Hoop Rings Static Trapeze Hammock Attire- please be dressed appropriately Bottoms- capri or full length leggings (no shorts) Top- Must have at least a short sleeve & cover the entire midriff including lower back (no crop top) Hair - longer hair pulled up or back Jewelry- only small earrings may be worn Nails- no acrylic, tips, glue on, pointy or sharp edges.
