Service Description
This is your first class to take when you are starting out. This is a fun session to learn multiple cirque apparatus. You will learn: Silks, Hoop, Static Trapeze Beginner Level or those with a little bit of experience. Ages HS-Adult (mature 8th graders will be allowed by permission) Mondays 6:30p-7:30p 5 week sessions Please note- there is no make up class option if you miss class. Rebooking With a 48 hr notice before the first class, we will give you in-school credit for the amount you paid. Credits on file must be used within 3 months of the original session/class start date. Less than 48 hr notice received no credit and forfeits payments/enrollment. If you would like to gift/sell the entire session to a friend/family, please contact us before doing so. Thank you for being understanding. Attire: Form fitting athletic clothing. Top - Must cover full torso including lower back. No crop tops Bottoms - must cover lower back and back of knees. No shorts of any kind. Hair- Longer hair pulled up or back in pony or similar. Jewelry - small earrings are okay- no other accessories please. Perfume - NOOOO please Fingernails- we DO NOT allow long, sharp, pointy, false, tips, acrylic etc UNLESS the nail is rounded and short and does not leave nail marks on your palm after making a tight fist.

Cancellation Policy
CANCEL/REBOOKING POLICY Please note ~ Summer Camp, Specialty workshops have a different cancel policy which is/will be disclosed to you before you register. We do not offer refunds unless we, the circus school, cancels the class/session/party Your reservation secures your registration/event, dedicated school place, instructors, and staff. With a minimum of 72 hour notice, we are happy to offer a one-time opportunity to reschedule your class/session/private/party The rescheduled class/session/party must take place within 3-months of the original start date. Payments may only be applied toward the rescheduled class/session/party and cannot be transferred to other programs or services. In the case where an identical class/session/party is not available with in the 3-months, we will grant a general 3-month in school credit to be used toward a different service. We do not offer gift certificates in lieu of credit. Requests to cancel & rebook must be made in writing via email only to: pittsburghcircuscenter@gmail.com Cancelations or requests to reschedule made less than 72 hour before the scheduled start time, as well as failure to attend without notice, will result in forfeiture of the reservation(s) and all payments made. No credits or rebooking opportunities will be provided. In the case of inclement weather: If the circus school remains open and operational, our standard cancellation and rebooking policy applies. Customer-initiated weather cancellations do not automatically qualify for credit/rebooking. By submitting payment, you are acknowledging and agreeing to this policy.
