Service Description

Bungee with us! We are the ONLY studio in the 'burgh offering Bungee! Its a lot of work but so so much fun. No BUNGEE experience is required but it is, by all means, is a high intensity cardiovascular fitness class. Class Description: Bungee is a High Intense Interval Training class (HIIT). Bungee is more resistance training than it is weight assisted training. Bungee is NOT a low impact class. You may experience harder heel landings, occasional uncomfortable rubbing from the harness straps, falls, slingshot feeling from the bungee, tugging on the lower back, increased pressure on the abdomen from the waist strap. Attire PLEASE wear capri length or full length leggings. NO shorts or crop tops- they will ride up. No buckles or zippers. Bare feet. Most important: NO PERFUME/SPRAYS/SCENTED CREAMS- please No Jewelry on the neck- it will just bounce all around Longer hair pulled up or back. WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS: MINIMUM WEIGHT ~100 lbs MAXIMUM WEIGHT  200 lbs MAXIMUM HIP SIZE ~ 46 inch If you are less than 100#'s, you'll be too light making it very difficult to stay grounded. MEDICAL RESTRICTIONS Pregnancy, hip or lower limb joint replacement, chronic lower back/lower limb pain, leg/current strains/sprains of lower limb, ankle/foot surgeries that involve pins/hardware, need for a walking device/cane/walker, need for lower limb brace/wrap, lower limb stitches/sutures/staples/steri strip or large bandages, lower limb prosthetics, current and chronic respiratory/sinus issues, unmanaged asthma/COPD, cardiac disease,  history of heart attack, history of stroke, history pacemaker, defibrillator,  uncontrolled hypertension, lymphedema, bleeding disorders, currently taking blood thinners including low dose aspirin, unmanaged reflux, bladder/bowel incontinency, current open or closed head injury.   No casts/splints of any kind are permitted.  *** If you fall under one of these categories, or are currently under the care of a physician for other ailment, it is contraindicated to partake in Bungee. This is very much a HIGH INTENSITY INTENSITY INTERAVLAL TRAINING (HIIT). Fairly intense cardiovascular training class.
